When I noticed an unprofessional instructor being unkind to my grandson the supervisor Christine validated my concerns and had my grandson moved to another instructor. She treated me with respect and kindness. It’s important to advocate for a child and parent.

Friendly staff
I do feel that my daughter takes in the lessons well as I see her practice certain pieces of it during our normal swim time. She enjoys showing up and is always eager to "swim with teacher". Staff is always kind!

I like that the classes are small and the kids are all able to get their time with the teachers equally. I like that all the teachers we have had contact with .. genuinely want to be there..it's not just a job. They truly get just as excited by a level up of a student as the student does.

Small classes, great teachers
The instructors have been very good and patient with my son who is an extremely cautious kid. He takes longer than most kiddos to get comfortable with a skill and we've had nothing but good experiences with his instructors.
Our teacher is amazing and our son looks forward to going to class.

My kids like the instructors, the pool area and the changing rooms and bathrooms are great! Programs are well designed to support the kids learning levels. The only thing I wish was different is that classes are at least 45 min. When there are 3+ kids in a class, they do not get as much time in the water as they should to progress quicker.
We really like my sons swim teacher. She seems very well trained and really helps the kids get the practice they need. She notices what needs improvement and makes sure that they are practicing what needs work instead of going down a check list.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and kind. We felt that our daughter was cared for in her group class. The instructor answered questions that we had.
Coaches seem to care about students and while price is very high I do feel you get what you pay for

We have loved coming to Swimtastic! All of the staff are so friendly, encouraging, and quick to help whenever assistance is needed.
We started the first year with the Parent Tot class which was a great way to ease into the water! The teacher would show us parents what to do and then would go around one by one to take the kiddo into her arms to do the swimming lesson as well. It was nice to see the instructor being hands on in addition to the parents. This year we are doing the Toddler Transition class and Bellamy has been an amazing instructor! Our daughter cried and screamed throughout the entire first lesson but Bellamy stayed calm and kept trying different ways to get Millie comfortable. Each lesson Bellamy continued to work with Millie to help improve her confidence and after just her second lesson she was so excited and swimming great! We love Swimtastic and definitely will continue to stay with them as Millie levels up all the way!
