Small classes
The coaches are very kind and professional, but I think one day a week is very little time for a child to learn.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The instructors work with each child individually at where that child is at in their skills level.

Children attending lessons at Swimtastic get more attention from instructors than I've seen at previous lessons. The instructors are all great with the kids!

My 4-year-old daughter’s instructor was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I also enjoy being able to sit and watch the kids swim in a comfy area.

Miss Zoey is great with the kids, remaining firm but patient throughout the lessons.
WE like Swimtastics. Our only issue is people putting their clothes in the change areas when they are in a following class. Management should do a better job of making sure classes that are getting out have a changing room, and its not preoccupied by a the next students things left unattended.
Small class sizes, smart and fun instructors. Just wish makeups could be used for a longer window.
Overall we are very happy with swimtastic. My only (very) small complaints is the showers smell like urine.
Swimtastic made my son's first swim lesson smooth and enjoyable. Adam was kind and patient, and he helped put both of us at ease! My son had a great time and we're excited for the next lesson!
Teachers are great. Pool is warm so there is no fighting to get kids in there. We like the family swim option too.
Easy process to sign up. Makeup classes are simple and my daughter loves it and had already learned so much in just 4 classes.
The owner is amazing! She is so receptive to any questions/concerns! I also cannot express how much my girls have learned in just 6 months. Water safety is so important and we are blessed to be at Swimtastic!

My son takes the Parent Tot class and I love how games are used to teach the concepts.
The Swimtastic staff worked with me to find the timeslots needed to have my visiting grandson attend lessons. We've done this for the past 3 summers. The instructors are fantastic and my grandson always asks if he's going to get the lessons before he comes to visit. Highly recommend.
Attentive instructors teaching our granddaughter and providing her support and praise. Facility is clean, friendly staff. Instructor always gives us feedback following each lesson.
