small classes, warm water, personalized instruction
One of my kids loves swimming and is learning so quickly and takes it very seriously. My other one was scared and slower to try anything and he was met with such kindness and patience and now he is progressing at his own pace but looks forward to class.
I like the small class sizes. I like the ability to do make up classes if I have to miss a class. T
The first instructor my child had was not very good; but once I got a new one that meet the needs of my child it has been a great experience. The management staff, those working the counter, and instructor have been accommodating, supportive, understanding, and encouraging each week during our lesson which is very important when dealing with a small child and big emotions!

parents do need to stop reserving the 3 rooms on the right side of the pickup hallway. Along with saving chairs with their kids items while they are in class. not enough chairs to do be doing that
We loved that we received clear instructions on what to do on first day and we received a tour upon arriving.

We LOVE Bellamy!! Louise has made huge strides (with some sass, of course) and we could not be more thankful. The hands on help is amazing and Bellamy is so patient. What a wonderful human you have on your team!
Place is clean, the staff are friendly. I feel everything is great besides the highest level for swimming needs to be figured out differently for the kiddos. The lap lanes are not big enough for two kids let alone more than. I feel for advanced level swimmers it should be done with both lanes if at all possible. At the time we go the little kid in the 2 nd Lap lane could use the step side of the pool where they jump in so the kids in advanced can utilize both lanes. That’s my only complaint.
