I have been bringing my grandkiddos for quite a few years and I am always impressed with the staff! They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and all around great young people. I’m also impressed how well the swimming students listen to them and follow directions. That tells me that the students respect and trust them. I would recommend Swimtastics to everyone 😊

I like the level of skill the instructor gave the toddlers to practice. I also like the instructor interaction with my toddler.
Our manager is terrific! And the instructors care. We had a younger instructor with a bit less experience, but our manager worked with her and she is really doing well. We feel like it’s a family at Swimtastic and we are happy to be part of it. We’ve made many friends with the other mothers in the swim group and it’s a great community building. Thank you for all you do.

Kyla is absolutely fantastic! My son and daughter are both excited to come to swim lessons, and have already grown as swimmers.
My kids are gaining a lifelong skill of swimming in a safe environment with a wonderful teacher. My kids have been taking lessons for about a year now, and they are each progressing at their own rates. The teacher works with each child individually at their own level, encouraging the kids, and helping them to improve each week. The class sizes are limited, so each child has lots of individual attention. The teacher can really get to know the students. Mrs. Heather teaches both of my kids now, and I'm very happy. She keeps the classes well paced, so that the kids are constantly working on their skills and having fun at the same time. I feel that my kids are in great hands with Mrs. Heather and Swimtastic!
We like the weekly updates on lessons. More consistent feedback on what needs to be worked on to advance to next level would be nice. One thing I find silly is that a makeup lesson cannot be scheduled before the lesson is missed. It seems weird to force a “no-show” before allowing a makeup token when we could have come earlier on his normal day to do the lesson.
The techniques are giving my son the survival skills he need if he find himself alone in the water.
Granddaughters first time- she was scared and crying- manager came in and sat with her and did a great job calming her down with another instructor stepping in - taking it slow - both did an awesome job calming her down and getting her to try blowing bubbles and kicking- we were so grateful-they did an awesome job!!
Coach Caitlyn and Coach Trey were phenomenal and passionate about helping the kids learn to swim.

We have had a great experience with both of our children overall. They enjoy going to swim each week. The discrepancy in quality of instruction can be difficult to navigate at times, though we understand that there is a wide range of ages and experience among the instructors. We would like our children to feel comfortable with their teacher but also receive coaching and feedback in order to strengthen their skills as swimmers. We have seen amazing coaching and subsequent growth for our kids with Ms. Sonali and Ms. Shannon, for example. We hope you are able to keep them both around while our kids continue their swimming journey!
