My son is 2 and just had a first trial session at Swimtastic. We just moved from out of state and he's been swimming at his previous swim school since he was 6 months old, so he is comfortable in the water. Going to a new swim school in a new state was really tough on him and he was extra emotional during his trial and would not participate much. His instructor was so sweet and comforting and made sure he was comfortable with her and the new space and slowly helped him through the session. First day is always tough on little ones and I noticed how well the instructors help make his first time go smoothly and help him feel comfortable. We look forward to our weekly sessions and hope my son will get more comfortable and one day go down that slide, he loves slides!!
This was my son’s 1st time in swimming lessons. He really seemed to enjoy it enough to get enrolled to go back every Sunday!

I have three kids. 2 that would be in the same class and 1 much younger. Working with the staff at the Menasha office was incredible. They were SO helpful. My kids love going there and we always feel so welcome.
Staff is very welcoming, all staff always smiling and making sure all children in and out the water are safe at all times.

My daughter loves her classes and making great progress. The two issues I have since switching to a new class is the teacher being gone (which we understand and the teacher is great) so our daughter has been doing great but it’s hard for an almost 5 year old to be having a new teacher almost every week. We also were out of town so that didn’t help. The other thing is the last two times we have been at lessons, our lessons are starting late because there is a child in the lessons before who won’t jump in and they are helping. The first time was over 5 minutes before they called names, so she got less than 20 minutes of lessons that day. I understand wanting the child to jump in, but at the end of lessons when all the kids are waiting to go in and can’t start doesn’t seem like the appropriate time.
We enjoyed very much. I think the name of our instructor was Camden. He was very patient and helped my little one get used to the water.
