Everyone is friendly, the lessons are on time. My grandkids love going to their lessons. I like that you can make up lessons if your absence is approved.

Everything
Colleen is fantastic with our daughter! Great interactions and approach.
My granddaughter really learned alot about swimming in differant ways
We have loved our experience here so far! They have been very accommodating to our toddler during our swim experience. The staff has been exceptionally good to work with and we highly recommended them.
Daughter is learning an important life skill, that might save her life if ever around a body of water, more people should learn how to swim.
The teachers were great! They were patient, kind, and helpful. Our daughter really enjoyed her Toddler Transition classes with Kyra A and Ashley T.
We love the smaller groups and the consistent progress both of our kids have made while at Swimtastic.
Swimtastic is doing an excellent job of teaching my kids how to swim. My daughter was struggling with some of her skills and became "stuck" in her class. Mrs. Heather focused on other skills and then tried a different approach, and my daughter was able to have success! She has not yet mastered all of the skills she was stuck on, but her confidence is improving and she is growing her swimming skills. And also importantly, she is happy and excited to come to swim class.
Great instructors, nice small class sizes
All the instructors have been great and managers are so helpful with finding schedules!
My nervous big kid has advanced 3 levels in 3 months. I appreciate recognizing when they hit their targets for levels and the ability to move up quickly.
Signing up for classes was super easy! Mandy is fantastic and so quick to help with everything! The teachers are so sweet and great with my kids! They really do a great job of making their experience the best it can be.
I had some concerns which affected my rating, but I am happy to say that I was personally contacted and those concerns were addressed. Very unexpected, but very kind! :-)
The staff members are always friendly, and they give my son the attention and care required to learn how to swim. My son loves the swimming lessons!
Safe environment with building skills
Clean atmosphere and great teacher/staff interaction
Good teachers, small class sizes
All the teachers are amazing to teach my kids how to do all the techniques and the front desk ladies are also great to do all the rescheduling things.
The facility seems very well run. Management is open to accommodating the individual needs of their clients and are quick to address any questions or concerns. Miss Sophia is a wonderful instructor who appears very knowledgeable to the age group and is super positive with the young kiddos.
Great teachers with small class sizes. My kids love coming here!
The teachers are so nice and very attentive!! My child is very energetic and loves the pool, the life guard quickly saw her enthusiasm and went to sit closer to her , which I loved. I’m huge on water safety. That was such a huge plus for Me. Very clean facility!!
Instructors are very patient and work great with kids. they encourage the students to thrive.
Token is provided without needing to request when you missed a class. Also, better teacher to students ratio and great teachers!
Easy to schedule make ups, small class sizes, kind teachers, love getting feedback after each class
My son loves to go to Swimtastic and he's learning well in swimming.

The progress my kids are showing has been WONDERFUL . We’ve been doing it weekly for almost 6 months and its my fav extracurricular ive ever signed them up for. Only thing I wish is that it was marked better for the kids to know who their instructor is.. They mention the name of the instructor, but if you dont look at the board, you might not know what they look like.. and some kids are too young to read so nametags might not work either.. maybe each stall having a number printed on the ground would be best
