Customer Testimonials
We’ve just all around had a good experience. My boys fortunately excelled quickly compared to other swim programs they are in. One of my sons does have some behavioral needs and the team does a great job helping him push through that and bringing out the best in him. They are organized and keep their facilities clean. I am very grateful for this community.
I feel like instructors at swimtastic actually want make my son a better swimmer. At other swim schools, I felt like they just wanted to collect my tuition.
The instructors are wonderful! They make my two girls feel safe. My girls can not wait for Monday because they know they have swim class.
We started at the Harrison location. We moved, so we started at another swim school. I wasn't happy with the teaching philosophy. I drive a distance to get to the Lavista Swimtastics, but it is worth it! I like the owners, the staff, the instructors. Everyone is nice! Most importantly, they are professional and my son is learning and having fun!
Good staff
We met our instructor, Mike, who took the time to get to know my son’s likes/dislikes, strengths/weaknesses, and what we wanted him to work on. He worked well with our son, it was a positive experience.
I appreciated that the water was warm for my baby and our instructor was very nice and happy to be there.
Front desk is great. Very helpful. Kind.
Bella is the swim coach for all three of my children. She is very welcoming, always engaging, providing much needed praise for even the smallest advancements! My kids are closer to swimming in the three months we’ve been at Swimtastic than the 2+ years at the previous swim school.
We joined the Thursday Toddler Transition class at 5:30 and we had our first session this week and I was VERY impressed. Our sub for the evening (i believe her name was Sloane), was so good with the kids and my son talked about her all night after lessons. I had a giftcard for 4 sessions, but I told the lady at the front to not drop us because we will be continuing throughout the winter. We love Swimtastic!
The staff is amazing.
The one thing I would suggest changing is the shower heads. They spray in a bunch of different directions which makes it hard to clean a child's head. Suggest changing them to something that sprays more centerally. Which would make showering faster and easier.
My son enjoys the small group and the personal attention. He gets super excited about making progress and going to class every week.
Good teachers, safe environment

Knowledgeable staff
Positive, enthusiastic staff
Clean facility
Schedule variety... so many classes at so many times to choose from
We feel like swimtastic Ms. Katie (the owner) and our regular coach are like family! Every swim teacher that we've had has been excellent at coaching kiddos and encouraging engagement and participation, our kids are really thriving and very comfortable in the water!! Our 5 year old is already a strong swimmer and our 3 year old is well on her way!
Open to feedback and stays on top of classes/instructors for the best results overall.
My daughter loves every instructor and is always excited to go to class.
Instructors are great! Pool is too cold.
The staff are very friendly and educated on proper swim instruction
I had my first Session with Violet, she was very patient and understanding, & helped overcoming my hesitation and concern,
Great place & staff ✨
We love the way levels are done, we love Ms Sophia, and we love what is taught in each level!
Teachers are patient and helpful without pressuring kiddos
The classes are small and he gets lots of attention during class. Every week I hear that he wishes class was longer.
My kids love going to swim class and I love they are learning new skills while having fun.
Small classes, good teaching
My child loves his swimming lessons!
They are very professional, patient friendly and knowledgeable about their work
Coach Brenda made all the difference. She pushed my swimmers so that they made progress each lesson. My criticism would be to encourage all swim instructors to be as motivating, encouraging, and enthusiastic as Brenda. It is disappointing as a parent to watch your swimmers just doing the same things week to week with no progress. I thought it was my swimmers’ ages that was hindering their progress… nope! It was the instructor that made the difference. Growth and progress occurred because she actually gave corrections and safely pushed limits. I didn’t see many other instructors doing that.
My 4-year old son was nervous going into his trial class and from the minute we walked into the pool area, he quickly changed to being excited and ready! A very welcoming environment and friendly staff are to thank. After the class he immediately asked if I could sign him up and if he could swim everyday.
Have enough staff to provide one on one lesson to be able to pay more attention to learner. Staff work with design methods to help beginners learning how to swim properly.

Small classes sizes, trained instructors
