The instructors and front desk staff are friendly
This is our second time coming here for swimming lessons. The first experience started off well and then just fell apart due to some staffing shortages and changes and a lack of training. We took a short break and have returned a couple years later and it is completely night and day difference. I just want to say thank you to whoever took note of the issues and stepped in to make big changes! We are very happy now and confident in the teacher’s abilities to proper train our child.
I really love watching the change in skill from week to week. The instructors have really boosted our sons confidence.

The patience with my scared swimmer and the confidence boosting of my enthusiastic swimmer
Both of my kiddos have learned how to swim through Swimtastic lessons. One of my kiddos started where she was afraid to have water on her face and would insist on burying her face in a towel while I washed her hair. She went from fearing water to swimming like a fish! My other kiddo excelled really quickly through the levels!
The only con came from my oldest kiddo who mentioned she was not enjoying swim lessons much once she went to intermediate level 2 since all they did was swim laps in the pool and she thought it was tiring. However, I thought it was nice they got to do laps to build endurance and to strengthen their techniques, however maybe try to make it more of a game for the kids while they swim laps? -It might be more enjoyable for the kids that way.
My son has zero experience and in swimming.
Also he is on the spectrum and Instructor Makayla has been with him for 2 sessions now and she is very patient, works well with kids.

They work well with my son, who loves the water but is sometimes nervous about other children or about trying new things. He has been very excited to go to lessons.
I like the people! From the gals at the front desk to our amazing swim instructor, Sydney! Everyone was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We do the parent tot lessons and by the end of the first lesson my 12 month old son was so comfortable with Sydney, he wanted to go to her! It’s also nice that they are small classes, clean and it’s very accommodating to little ones having the family changing room.
That after every class we get to talk to the instructor!

Everything about it is great! We love the facility, instructors, etc. One thing that we've noticed is when we go to lessons on Saturdays, there is never any soap in the dispensers for handwashing.

The sign-up process was super easy, the instructor was very engaging and I could tell she was really focused on safety. We enjoy the fact that we can get a family swim option with our membership, and we love the slide as well!
Clean and great staff
The staff is wonderful! You feel welcomed from the moment you step in the door! The teachers are kind and well-trained. The facility is clean. The water is always warm and inviting. And I love being able to watch the progress from the comfort of the viewing room where my little one can still see me if she needs a little more encouragement or security. 10/10 would recommend!
When we first started my sons didn’t know how to swim at all and now they can swim a few feet. I can’t wait to see them grow independent and not afraid of the water. I’m happy they are able to learn this very important skill of swimming I only wish it was the same instructor but I understand that they all work at different times. Overall I recommend this place
