Love the East Lake Y! A diverse mix of people of all races and ages working together to keep healthy and fit. Linda's cycling class is SO MUCH FUN!!
The pool/Hot Tub/Sauna area
I love my "Y". I'm addicted to their yoga, water aerobics and zumba classes. The swim challenge is a definite motivator. Great staff and facility.

I like the supportive community
I’m 73 and not too interested in working hard anymore but I have to maintain balance and flexibility so I won’t hurt myself badly doing things that are out of routine or even trips and slips. I walk the track which keeps me out of the elements and possibility of bad falls. I ride the bike. My grandchildren like to swim and use the equipment. One granddaughter is an aspiring basketball player so she practices there.

Love the aquatic programs. My son has improved so much with Coach Phille, and I love that the new Aquatic Director is expanding the program. It's great to see so many classes for the kids as we head into summer.

I only use the pool at this time. The scheduling for the pool works well. I appreciate the new lights that have been installed. It makes lane 4 less gloomy on cloudy days.
