So many options all through the day. There’s always a community involvement opportunity to participate in. There are special classes and events on the calendar throughout the year.

Friendly staff. Great facilities.
I love coming to do cardio or weights on my own time, or doing a few laps in the pool. Here are a few things I wish were different:
- I wish the Y was open a bit later on Saturdays or Sundays.
- I wish there was a trap deadlift bar upstairs
- I wish there were maybe 1-2 more sets of 30lb and 35 lb dumbbells; these are a hot commodity!
- I wish there were pairs of the heavy kettlebells upstairs so I could do farmers carries with 2x50s or other heavy weights
Everyone is so friendly and I feel welcome even as a woman in the weights room, which can otherwise be intimidating!

The instructors and facilities.
I generally go to another Y that is closer to my home in the evenings but your location and early opening hours are much more convenient for my work days so I get to swim laps before going to work at 7 a.m. I also use the whirlpool, sauna and I like that you also have a steam room even though I don’t use it that often.
I only use the Wellness Center and Weight room. They are very clean snd maintained. But I notice how upbeat and enthusiastic people are entering and leaving programs.
I like the cleanliness, the staff support and the equipment workout availability
I enjoy the water aerobics and the awesome whirlpool!
I love my chair yoga class with Jacque. She's a very good instructor. Plus, she remembers everyone, which makes us feel valued and looking forward to seeing her at next chair yoga class.

I love the staff, they are great!!!! I swim 3x a week and am so grateful to the aquatic staff!!!!!
Variety of classes
The pool and weight area. Steam room could be better, but an excellent comprehensive offering.
