The class instructors are the best!!! They are both passionate and sensitive to the individual abilities of participants. They are encouraging without being overbearing or shaming a participants limitations. They believe in the power of the human body to perform and through steady performance - to change.

I love the variety of classes and the variety of available equipment. The pool use is a little inconvenient as the swim team practices when I am able to get to there after work, but that's ok. Ms Linda's cycle class is my absolute fav! I LOVE the YMCA at East Lake!

I like everything about East Lake Y. Really enjoy the walking track and am looking forward to using the pool and sauna.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We really like the YMCA Swim Team Program led by Raquel Terroba. Coach Phil, Coach Simone and Coach Ebony have been wonderful and it's the main reason my daughter has started swimming again. The program allows the kids to stay fit, have fun, compete and improve strokes in a non-pressured environment so that they can bloom. We appreciate the hard work and efforts of everyone who has made this program possible.

i love the pool and the pelaton, Darrens Pilates class on saturdays are great, wish there were more 5:30 and later class options for cycling/pilates

I don’t like the fact that I could not cancel my membership online. Also the membership is too high. Other than that I really like the ymca and the programs. I’m just too poor to enjoy them.
