Kids swimming
I attend the Senior Fitness classes. Every instructor is a gem of knowledge, care, and fun. The importance of these classes for seniors cannot be said enough. Not only does it impact our health, our mobility, and our ability to remain active, caring members of the community, it helps ease the loneliness so common for us. So many folks have lost their partners and faced debilitating medical issues at this stage of life. But, we have each other thanks to these classes. It means so much. I’m so grateful to your staff and the amazing YMCA for all you do for everyone. Love to you all. 💟 Laurie Andrews
I mainly use the indoor pool
I enjoy using the pool and taking the aquafite classes

I have only done cardio Dance Fusion and I love it. My kids have done basketball and daycare and we love that too!
I love the variety of programs available. I also love that I always have someone to play with if I show up for open play Pickleball. The teachers/leaders for all your programs are also top notch.

My daughter Ryann absolutely loved her swim lessons at the YMCA Springs location! Her swim instructors were AWESOME! I was so impressed with how energetic, engaged, patient, kind and fun they were with all of the kids. I have already signed her up for additional swim classes, and I hope she can eventually be a part of the swim team (she is a fish). I signed my whole family up for a YMCA membership a few months ago, and it was one of the best things I have ever done. I personally think it’s the best gym membership I have ever had!
The instructors for the senior classes are great. Also like that there is a senior classes offered every day M- F.
The workout machines
Pickleball courts. Kind personal. Clean bathrooms.
Having a Master's degree in Health and Physical Education I like to design my own workouts, I really like that there are times that the basketball gym and the dance room are open to individuals who prefer not to work out in leader directed classes. This is the number one drawing card for me at the Springs YMCA.
I can shoot baskets for a few minutes, or even play with a volleyball. (Sometimes they have both basketballs and volleyballs in a basket for clients' use. Or, I can bring my own.) Then, I go to the weight room to do strength training, and finally I can go to the dance room to do calisthenics, stretches, as well as dance movements. I'm looking forward to using the swimming facilities in the months to come.
Furthermore, the staff, especially at the front desk, are so friendly, and make you feel welcome from the moments you come in. The entire facility is clean and open and bright. It's like walking into sunshine every time I have come!

Great variety of equipment
Instructors and for the most part classes are pretty good. Love pickle ball just wish that courts weren’t taken over during school off days as 40 people stand around maybe 5 kids are playing basketball.
We would like better coordination with the Y and the tennis community that has been using these courts long before it became the Y. Otherwise the services are good.
