The outdoor pool is usually not crowded when I get there mid-afternoon and is we'll maintained.
Didn't get involved in the activities but I loved the family atmosphere and the outdoor pool.

I like some of your instructors very much. My full body fit instructor, Loretta Reyes is particularly good at explaining what muscles are being used with each movement. I like Aqua Cardio, but almost never am able to sign up before being placed on a wait list. I also like Cardio dance fusion and like that i can always find a spot in that class. I have tried Yoga a few times but there are so many different kinds I don’t know what is best for me and my old body does not transition fast enough to engage in any i have tried.

Great for kids and adults alike. Very friendly staff always around to help. The kids club, we call it, is great for ages 10 and under. And the kids pool
is top notch.
I like the full body fit classes and senior classes.
I love the dance/zumba classes. Kelly S is absolutely amazing! I wish there were dance classes earlier in the day every day so I could do them before work.

Springs YMCA has a great variety of group exercise classes with capable and supportive instructors. The yoga instructors are very good, and foster a strong sense of community.
The Senior Classes Instructors are very good. The do 45 minutes of aerobics, weights, core and stretching. They do not take it easy on us, which I like and need! I am 81 and do at least three classes each week.
