I love the Les Mills Body Pump classes! They are challenging and fun and the instructors are fantastic - especially Annette. Please bring back the full 1 hour Body Pump classes on Wednesday and Friday.

This was probably the best and most organized season of basketball we've had with the Y. It was so nice to have the same two referees for every single game, and they were both excellent refs. The Spurs jerseys were really nice quality as well and my daughter was really excited to have a Spurs-branded jersey.

I’ve been a member of the Y for a little over a year now, and am HOOKED! The Senior Strong classes have not only improved my strength, mobility and balance, but have led to my making lots of new like-minded girlfriends! The usual instructors -Annette and Penny-make the classes fun and engaging, and their happy and positive personalities make the time fly by! I feel like I should be paying a cover-charge to attend Penny’s class, because it’s like a stand-up comedy show with benefits! My face hurts from laughing at the end of class.
Whitney’s Pilates class has really contributed to my overall improving fitness, but have really focused me on building my core strength. Whitney is the absolute sweetest soul!
I am 74 years old, and do two classes back to back, four days a week. I feel stronger than I have ever felt (at least as an “old person” 😝) due to the focus these classes have caused me to put on my diet, posture, and “engaging my core”, a mantra I hear in all these classes.
This YMCA is an absolutely wonderful community, and my only regret is that I didn’t join sooner!
I loved the recent perimenopause seminar done by Becca Kyle. It was very informative and I would love to have more of her seminars on this and similar topics.
Friendly professional staff, two big pools, equipment is rather new and well maintained.

I love the Yoga and senior classes. The instructors are great and make the workouts as fun as possible. The DS facility is clean and in good shape.

The coaches are phenomenal! They have extended knowledge and are extremely helpful teaching correct strokes and form/techniques. They make it fun for little ones and have built up confidence in my child's swim abilities. I Couldn't be happier than I am with the swim program.
The ONLY request I would have is to have later times for swim team practice for single parents required to work until 5pm each day (like myself). I understand this would depend on staff numbers and not complaining - It's just the only thing holding my child back from participating on the team year-round.
