Love all the Yoga classes especially Sonya Cantu's classes, Wish we had classes available on Sundays
Instructors do their best and the opportunities to get to know the other participants.
Staff is amazing. Pickleball courts are amazing. Getting used to the new system to sign up to play is going better now (rough at first, but manageable at this point).
I love the collegiality and community at the Y. I am especially grateful for the master's swim program run by Coach Janet. She does a phenomenal job - I have gotten much stronger swimming with her coaching. Most importantly, she knows her swimmers and crafts workouts that fit each of our abilities that make us excel.
I will say though, the Y needs to get much busier promptly fixing things like the ongoing plumbing problems throughout the facility and ensuring all the floor equipment is working including the bikes in the spin room and the elevator. We need regular and consistent professional maintenance throughout the center.
I gave the Y a 10 rating for the things I said in my first paragraph, but the ongoing broken things are a detraction from the great things the Y has to offer.

I have tried the treadmill, Aqua Fit and yoga, and I also loved those…. Good programs…! I am 81 and have felt the benefits from the classes for the 2years I have attended. Thank you , SPRINGS Y.

Pickleball although would like to see all courts going back to open old system. Staff don’t monitor it and people on waitlist or those who don’t sign up still play anyway.

Coach Janet is awesome! I’ve seen such improvements in both of my kids technique through her thoughtful drills and instruction. She’s great at establishing authority while keeping things fun! Thank you!!
The facility is clean, the equipment is good, and the personnel are cordial.
Staff are friendly. Great pools, but not enough lanes for adult swimming in the afternoon. Good weight rooms.

Senior stong classes
The senior classes are very good. Instructors are energetic and enthusiastic and are always changing up the routine. I only go to Penney's and Annette's class so I can't speak about the other instructors. These two (2) make exercising fun.
There’s a great variety for all interests. Easy reservation process for classes. Wonderful personal trainers!
Pickleball is my favorite activity ! I like the variety of classes available.
I like the facilitators of the classes i take. I like their approach of viewing the participants to ensure the exercises are being performed to target the muscles and body areas intended.

I like that there is a lot of variety of events. You can choose from yoga, senior strong classes, pickleball and if i get tired of these, there are also all the machines and people to talk to. I have made lots of friends, good people friends, who like to have fun and still get into shape to stay healthy.
There appears to be a wide variety of programs available. At this time I'm using the machine weights and treadmill to recover from an injury. The machines are well maintained and if I pick my day and times wisely, there are not long waits to get on the machines. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are always clean.

Only thing that is not the best is the parking problem...... something needs to be done to add more parking
