There is something special about the LaMesa location. The instructors could not be any friendlier or professional. The clients are personable and come to work out with a purpose! I love going there and always feel welcomed and supported.

I've always liked core power.I was a member there for many years, 7 to be exact. Then, covid so I kind of moved out of that realm. Hillcrest was one of my go to studios. Although when I visited, I don't feel it has so much of a homey feel as it used to with the re model. Overall, it has a good heat factor it's just a smaller studio, but it's close by, I would go there again. I appreciate the free classes when you have them as Im a classpass goer. THANKS!

Massive 3 studio location has free parking lot! I started my CP journey here and it's always a joy LAUREN ROCKS! So do many other Great instructors much love !
I appreciate the variety of classes, from stretching and balance to strength, and multiple locations. The instructors are great, and bring positive and fresh energy and intention to each class which translates to a uplifting community. My body feels stronger and more balanced since I've joined.
This studio is exceptional in its ambience. Amazing instructors and staff. The one thing I would change is the heat...it has blasts of cold air throughout class and instructors turn off the heat b/c the windows fog up, so it makes it muggy.
I haven't been back to corepower yoga since I THINK 2020! I still had some class passes left and I wanted to do yogo for my valentines evening.. Amy (I THINK that was the instructors name) was amazing. The class was so perfect. I easily picked back up after years away from practice. Thank you so much CP for an amazing visit. Cannot wait to get back in more frequently

First time doing yoga sculpt and instructor was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Class was fun and up beat and even better workout!
The instructors are very friendly, greet you by name and are super about switching up their routines. The studio is spotless and throughly cleaned after each class. I am very happy be be a part of this community of yogis who all have one thing in common...

Corepower La Mesa was clean, inviting and well worth my drive from North Park. Ricki was super friendly at check in and she actually made me shed a tear at the end of class with her positive message and wonderful music playlist for class. Will recommend everyone to take her 6pm class at La Mesa :)

The Mission Valley studio has excellent instructors, a good variety of classes and the lockers and studio are clean and very spacious.
