Music heat and flow
I absolutely love your classes, but I’m still super annoyed that one of your instructors touched Tam mine and moved it when I was reserving for a a friend that had forgotten her Matt so she was renting one. It was just gross for somebody to touch my stuff without asking me first she’s super entitled I can’t even look her in the eye ever again. I would never do her class yuck yuck yuck. Can’t be around people like that.

I love CPY pacific beach! All the teachers are incredible. Everyone so kind and welcoming. I go everyday and they all push me to be better and they all truly care. They know your name and i look forward to coming to the studio. It has been life changing for me. The CPY community is the best. Thank you!

This is my home away from home, the staff have such a fun and tender way of building a community that it's addicting and I want to come back every day! The studio is bigger than most of the others but still consistently clean and welcoming. The class schedules are nicely staggered and always consistent, making it really easy to create a schedule for members that have other obligations. The challenges offered every 6 months are a super fun way to mix things up and force yogis to try new instructors and class formats, especially the local Bingo card!! I absolutely love it here and I am so grateful to have the means to be a part of this wonderful community. <3
Super friendly staff and very devoted to my practice
The studio was really clean and quaint with the string lights around the mirrors in the studio and the staff were super friendly! I had never been to this studio nor tried the instructor before but everything was great!
I’m loving it! Love the different classes available with different intensity and heat variations. Teachers are great and the facility is always clean and welcoming.

Instructors and staff are friendly and very helpful. Class areas are clean. I like the variety of classes offered, like the ones that do a higher intensity workout.

Becka G. had a very creative flow. Her cues were spot on. I love coming to this studio!!!! All of the instructors are very well versed in their craft!!!! The studio is always nice and clean as well.

Holly taught 60 minute aRestore class that was absolutely amazing!!!!! To het credit I was so rela ed that I almost fell asleep twice in class. I would highly recommend taking her class.

The sculpt class with Makenna in PB is my favorite! Very challenging yet so fun and enjoyable. I leave feeling great about myself and the overall experience. 10/10 would recommend.
