Review of Restore Session with Allison
I recently attended a Restore session with Allison, and it was the perfect experience for relieving stress and getting centered.
Allison is a fantastic instructor who brings incredible poise and insight to her mindfulness practice. I particularly appreciated her attentiveness; she has a great focus on where every student is in their practice and is remarkably patient.
Her cadence for both guidance and mindfulness is spot on, providing the perfect rhythm for the session. Additionally, the background music selection was excellent and perfectly complemented the restorative setting.
I left feeling grounded and refreshed—highly recommended!
Mitch is the perfect instructor! He does most all moves together with the students. Helpful as momentum is not lost trying to determine the current pose. Great flow!
Best Managers around! Managing a studio with class times at the same time isn’t easy and they work hard to keep it clean, fun, and uplifting.

I enjoy the instructors, I enjoy the location, I like taking C2 classes and HPF and enjoy all the different teachers, never really have to think about what class I want to take because everyone does such a great job!
Nicole Hope is the best instructor
Ariel is an amazing instructor. She inspires the mind, heart, body and spirit through her compassionate instruction. Ariel acknowledged people by name, made helpful adjustments to poses, and offered modifications to meet practitioners where they were at. I will come back just for Ariel’s yogi magic.

Excellent instructors and staff. Clean and orderly studio. And, unlike the Del Mar location, the HPF is not too hot.

The teachers and staff are very nice and the format is easy to follow and contains all the major exercises / stretches I should be doing. My only real complaint is that HPF is too hot at the Del Mar studio.
This was my first hot yoga class in 10+ years, and Chris did such an incredible job of leading the class through a challenging flow. His cues were perfect and he was encouraging from beginning to end. I'll be back :).

This place is simply amazing. Everytime I walk in I am always greeted by the best people and I feel so welcome here. I love coming it's the highlight of my day. I am so thankful this is my studio and I wouldn't want it any other way. La mesa has my heart!
The CPY studio in Hillcrest is lovely. great studio space, wonderful locker room, of course Heidi was the highlight of my experience. I prefer to walk to class but if I have to drive, the studio in Hillcrest is well worth it. thanks!
