I really enjoy the options at 6 am. The yoga sculpt instructors are awesome (shout out to Megan and Ryan). Most recently I tried the Core Strength X class with Kerri and it was one of the best i have attended. She is light, relatable, and encouraging. I am looking forward to next week!

Appreciate the new flooring and lighting...was hoping the drip in the women's locker room would have been addressed but otherwise love the teachers at this location

I really like how new and clean it is. The staff is so nice! Lots of times offered during the day is a plus!
I had a little trouble seeing where the weights went after class because it was a little dark and the weight size was hard to see. Maybe underneath the weights would be better instead of to the side.
The only thing I missed not having was a towel provided.
Also will you have markers on the floor for where to place mats?
I will definitely be sharing with friends and hope to get some signed up!
I rejoined CorePower now that there is a studio in La Costa, and I am so glad I did! The classes and instructors are so excellent, and the studio is brand new with infrared lighting and heat!
I absolutely love the energy at CorePower Poway. Every instructor brings such a positive and motivating vibe that makes me look forward to class every single time. The studio feels welcoming and grounded, and the flow of each session always leaves me feeling both challenged and centered. It’s become my favorite part of the week with great music, great community, and the perfect reset for my body and mind, especially Dante for his incredible flows and uplifting postures.

Melanie's Sculpt class is SO GREAT! Her music is so inspiring, as is her contagious energy. The exercises / poses she puts together are fun and creative, so much that you don't really realize it's pretty difficult. I just love her class! And I'm already feeling stronger just from going a few times. It's a great addition to the C2's that I love! Melanie really is awesome!!
It was a nice Bon Voyage to Sarah who's moving to Spain. The energy with everyone in class was really special and I love the chance to make it to my home studio Point Loma where the staff is so welcoming and the great new revamped look turned out excellent!

My favorite thing about CorePower is (and always has been) the instructors. Recently, my closest studio was closed, so I got to venture out and meet several "new" amazing teachers. I have been very impressed with Matt Weston, David W. amd Kay. They are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging, and I really look forward to attending their classes.

The studio was great and infrared heating was very interesting…and different!! But I liked it a lot!!
First time taking Aparajita class and I really like how she incorporates HIIT style strength with yoga physiology and balance. It easy to stay engaged and I leave the class feeling like it’s a very balance work out
Everyone’s very welcoming and willing to match each other’s energy! I always feel excited and comfortable to step into this studio space. It’s my favorite part of my day.
my instructor camryn was amazing!! i did a yoga 1 class with her and every detail was perfect. for my first class, i felt very welcomed and supported, even when trying new poses. overall great vibes and would definitely come back (and bring a friend or two!)
