What's not to LOVE! This studio is straight magic with a positive supportive community that has literally saved this 42 year old former 14 bags of Fentanyl & $50 of daily Meth speedballing PTSD ridden, heavily brain damaged 100% disabled 270lb cigarette chain smoking massive alcoholic OCD, ADHD and even worse born in Jersey (jk much love Wildwood/Cape May) I was under the L train in Kensington and Allegheny daily living in an Altima in the largest US open drug market in the US now I am 170 lbs happy healthy actor going to school to be a counselor for other veterans! (In one way or another I just bombed family therapy cause I have a lot of work in that department. Amber Gilbert saved my life in more ways then anyone will ever know and she and All the teachers are my Jedi Masters and I love yoga at other places but CP has music community Peace , Love & JOY! I HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO but 340 hot yoga classes down thank you PB Ty Kelly & CO! God bless let her shine on us all! I accidentally took a boner pill instead of a multi vitamin I would not recommend doing that but drink water and Thank you CPY PB FOREVER!! MUCH đź’•

Overall very good, my only gripe is that each teacher has their own idea of what “hot” is. I enjoy heat, but not staggering. The first time I took class in Delmar 3 ppl left the class bc it was way too hot.
When I took yoga sculpt at UTC it was much better.
Took the exact same yoga sculpt class at DelMar highlands and again was uncomfortably hot (but this class had more ppl in it)
Girls leaving the class were noting that it was much hotter than other classes they had taken of the exact same format . Just feel this is important overall general feedback for instructors. …. We came for hot/sweaty,?but aren’t trying to pass out in the summer
Nice studio with sparkling amenities. A second studio with more class offerings would have been better. Great staff and instructors!
Melanie is an excellent instructor: she is personable, very knowledgeable, and can convey a sense of fun that makes the time pass quickly.
DO NOT change to sculpt! Mistake of the century. Madison is awesome, she has built huge following, and is one of the best instructors CPY has... keep HPF and allow the consistency and continuity of classes to build.

Staff and Studio
The lstudio is efficient considering it’s a small space. The yoga room is designed beautifully however, the schedule has a lot to be desired! There are prime time morning HPF’s that should be replaced with C2’s.

Love this studio and teachers, I would just love to see the 5:30pm and 6pm slots alternate between sculpts and C2s.

I can’t say enough good things about this studio! All of the instructors are personable and knowledgeable. Great class offerings and a big studio that meets all my needs. I have always loved coming to Del Mar for my yoga practice.

To try to describe my CorePower experience sounds like such a silly easy question to answer. It saved my life in a trifecta that I have trouble discussing or describing because of the immense amount of gratitude I have for I wish I could annoint Niki Leondakis feet with precious oils! The unity and joy and vulnerability it took for me to feel alive would not of been possible without the love and community starting with where my journey began at point Loma studio!! Shout out to homebase PB CPY!! I can confidently know I can trust to go into any CPY studio and feel just at home! It's 336 classes in good I am CorePower squared for life!

Parking in the garage was nice as the street was busy. The class was creative but not overwhelming. The teacher was empowering and kind. She gave great cues, gentle adjustments, and held the space really well. Would love to see more 1.5’s on schedules.

Being a heaving brain damaged former Sgt in US ARMY truck driving saw gunning (M249) in Germany and Tikrit, Iraq driving over 2 million miles with 150 personal unit all of 04 extended in 05 attacked 141 documented times (more with side missions and IED's in everything from dead dogs to soda cans EVERYthing seemed to explode over there outside the wire in the giant green bigrigs with 66th transportation Google "gangs of Iraq" if interested. Mental disorders in abundance from massive TBI'S, concussions, OCD RIDDEN PTSD surving 270lb chain smoker 2 years ago to 170 lbs of joy that CPY has given me ! To combat my enemy I was addicted to Fentanyl and Meth for over a decade using every waking second after years I was living in an Altima houseless in the largest open drug market in the US under the L in Philly daily have died so many times it would not sound real to get intoy point of all that is CPY and my home base of PB Studio and the Unity of community has given me hope to try to function in society as a 100% disabled veteran that should not be here but very grateful I am Amber Gilbert(saved my life in many ways indescribable radical awesome !)and Kelly Alyse Steve Lexi Marie Courtney Mark Lauren!and Co are continuing to help me become my AUTHENTIC self! Something I had long lost hope in I am forever grateful and a student for life of the amazing Jedi masters!! Now I'm getting asked to model and act in projects while going back to school !? Surreal how much power 340 classes of CP works for me! I love Corepower and PB STUDIO is MAGICAL!! I cannot say enough great things shout out to the other studios and point Loma where I started with Alan ANNe Lauren and Allyson!! Love ALLso much ! Hot power fusion today and I have been into sculpts and C2 classes they have a style a studio and a unity community of Power,Love, Peace & Joy! Let's GO!!
