I 100% love CorePower!! I have already recommended to many friends. All the teachers are AMAZING, and each has their own unique qualities that I look forward to when taking their classes. I have had memberships at a lot of different studios in Encinitas over the years, and CorePower is by far my favorite. No two classes are the same, which really makes it fun and challenging. And I love the unique flavor that each teacher brings to their classes. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. It is truly a community. Thank you to everyone who makes this studio so special!
My favorite part is the strength 💪. I also appreciate focusing on an intention (spiritual aspect), stretching, balancing, and sweating out toxins.
I love all the teachers and how they push you to go past what you think you can do in a safe and affirming environment. With each class, I know I’m getting in a great workout!

From the moment I walked into CorePower Point Loma, I was greeted by a friendly face who took the time to show me around and help me get signed in.
I was really impressed by the professionalism of the staff and how attentive and responsive everyone was. The class itself was excellent, well-structured and led by an instructor who brought such a positive, encouraging energy.
Julie had such a great message in her class! The music was fun and the class was an awesome workout.
One minor little thing I have noticed.... in some locations the vents have so much dust on them and I don't think that is very healthy. Maybe clean vents every now and then.

Absolutely obsessed with Jordan’s HPF. She transports us to Earth’s closest star, the sun! I’m also crazy about Josh’s HPF, he has a calming presence, his 630am is the best way to start your day. I also just learned that he and Kay will be teaming up again to co-teach and host a cold plunge…yes, thank you, more please!!
We planned a sisterhood with them for a group of our sorority girls at UCSD and had the best experience! They were so helpful in planning the event and made everything run so smoothly. The girls had such a great time and the class was perfect for a lot of our first timers. I would love to partner with them again and would recommend anyone to check them out for a group event!

It was very good. the class was great, although should be mentioned a bit more clearly for first timers that its heated.
80 music to sculpt was a lot of fun
I really like how inviting and friendly the staff is! Everyone working always says hi when you come in the door and when you are checking in for a class, some staff even know you by name, and that is a good feeling! The facility is overall a very clean place; front area, bathrooms, and yoga rooms. I love going every week!

Fun classes and instructors!
The staff was friendly and my instructor Megan was motivating and encouraging in all poses. She had a very clear voice which was imporant because I was at the back of the room. It is a very warm and happy studio.
