Instructor was non-threatening just thinking about making the workout about her like other classes I have attended. Perfect attitude for 6 am on a Saturday after working all week long. Did not feel like I regretted waking up early for a class with an arrogant instructor.
The music choice was excellent to help with the workout :)

I just finished my Free Week at CorePower Yoga, and I’m completely hooked! I jumped right into Hot Power Fusion, Yoga Sculpt, and C2, and each class felt like the perfect mix of challenge, strength, and flow.
What I love most:
The heated environment makes everything feel deeper and more rewarding. The sweat feels amazing, and I leave every class feeling strong, energized, and a little more flexible.
The instructors and overall studio vibe are so motivating and welcoming. Even as a newer student, I felt supported and pushed in the best way.
The classes fly by because they’re fun, high-energy, and well-sequenced. Yoga Sculpt especially surprised me with how much strength work we got in while still flowing.
I’m signing up for the Founding All Access Membership so I can keep this rhythm going without missing a beat. If you’re thinking about trying CorePower, do it — especially if you want a workout that leaves you feeling accomplished and calm at the same time.

Our regular instructors (Karinne, Shirin, Alex, and Carrie) are all wonderful. That makes all the difference. The studio is clean and welcoming.

I love my local North Park studio. The list of classes available on any given day is wonderful and the instructors are kind and make me feel welcome. I look forward to every class and enjoy that I can walk to the studio in under 15 minutes.
