I love how knowledgeable my instructor, Jojo was. Her cues were great and I felt like I was more successful than I ever would've been had it not been for her explicit instructions.

Every time I go, it’s different and challenging. I never really know exactly what to expect, because each experience brings its own obstacles, situations, and lessons. Sometimes things go smoothly, while other times I have to work harder, adjust my approach, and push myself outside of my comfort zone. Even though it can be difficult, that’s also what makes the experience rewarding. Each time I go, I learn something new, gain more confidence,

Excellent , but should be clean better in studio
Love your studio but the HPF at 6am is not hot. It was 94 last Friday and actually cold up front. Could you please ask morning HPF teachers to come earlier to start the heater or indicate on your schedule that the HPF classes in the morning are on the lower heat side? I come to those classes for the heat so it wasn’t enjoyable to feel a chill.
I brought a friend that lives nearby for her first time and I think she had a wonderful experience! We really enjoyed Emily's C1 class on Saturday always appreciate the intentions provided especially about not worrying whatever is outside of those 4 studio walls, my friend said that spoke to her significantly. I hope I brought a new member to your studio, thank you for all you consistently do at all studios!
