Yoga studio was well maintained. The instructor was brutal in the best possible way. When I told him I was a newbie, he said “ if you need to stop , stop. Don’t wait for me to stop because I won’t”. He meant it. Loved the experience. Recommend it .

I had an awesome experience in my first week every time I went. The space is very clean and comfortable and the teachers were great. I got a lot of energy from the lessons.
The coaches and classes, the challenge
I really enjoy the patient & encouraging instructors at most of the studios. Recently our area has had a few studios closures, forcing student to attend other studios and making classes extremely crowded. It's been a bit uncomfortable attending overcrowded yoga sculpt classes the most, although most students have been understanding and accommodating and some not so much.
Love the friendly yet challenging classes. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

The teacher Tamara R came up with a really creative and interesting class. It kept me engaged and really worked me hard. Not a ColdPlay fan myself, but I still enjoyed the class a lot
