I joined Corepower in November, 2023 and have been taking classes regularly at the LA Mesa, CA studio since then. The instructors are incredibly skilled and professional. But the experience goes beyond the workout. The inclusiveness and community atmosphere is above and beyond what I expected. My husband and adult daughter have since joined, and she also went through your teacher training last summer. I so wish I would have joined many years ago. Your La Mesa studio is my happy place.

I loved how friendly the staff was with people taking the class and each other - the camaraderie was contagious. Our instructor, Gabby, seamlessly moved among us, continuously instructing, offering options and encouraging.

This Studio is the BEST! The teachers are seasoned and exceptional, and the classes are responsive to the needs of the community while challenging them in a supportive environment. The talented teachers often give creative offerings (like sound baths) that are such a gift. La Mesa is not just a studio, it's Community.

I hadn’t been to the Encinitas Core Power for almost 2 years and I was pleasantly surprised when Jackie remembered me! I went to her community class and it was excellent! She had multiple levels of students in the packed room and skillfully taught a joyful class that was doable for beginners, but challenging for those with more experience- I really enjoyed it! Encinitas Core Power is great!
The teachers are the best and the environment they create is so welcoming! Special shout out to Lindsay, her classes are always 10/10 from beginning to end.
Studio is kind of hidden but spacious. It didn’t feel too crowded in the actual room which is nice compared to other studios. There were ample of parking and the class was tough but so much fun! Will definitely come again.
