I recently took Brittany’s HPF class at the Poway studio. I used to take her class when she was teaching at the 4S Ranch studio, and since she’s no longer teaching there, I now drive 20 minutes to Poway to take her class.
I completed the HPF training two years ago. I remember having a hard time finding a consistent on‑demand class that truly followed the HPF structure: proper breath cues, correct pose names, and the use of MACs in every posture to emphasize the benefits. Brittany does all of this flawlessly.
I genuinely believe her class should be recorded and used as a model for how an HPF class should be taught. It’s one of the most accurate, well‑led, and effective HPF classes I’ve taken.

Robyn was absolutely great . This was my second time taking her body sculpt class and she definitely one of the best instructors I’ve ever taken . She’s knowledgeable, has great energy, good music and cues perfectly. Will definitely be a regular now .

I am new to yoga and tried the HPF class with Ann, crazy idea but i became a yogi that day. Still battling through the conditioning, but i expect to get stronger and stronger every week.

I enjoyed my CP experience at La Jolla, as a guest from your Rock Center NYC location. The C2 class hit the spot after a long night of travel and hotel and added some challenges I am interested in mastering. The class instructor was organized, on time, and commanded her class very well. I left class with a plan to improve my balance.
