Everything! The instructors are inviting and friendly. The workouts are on point - I get smoked in nearly every class. I love the community feel at La Mesa. It makes me want to come back and see friends again and again, while working out. It has changed my life. I am now an active (working out every day, if not twice a day) person again.
I love CorePower at Del Mar Highlands.The Yoga Sculpt classes are challenging and so much fun. But what really makes this place special is the instructors. Every single one is so welcoming and full of positive energy. They make you feel part of the community from the moment you walk in. Every class is different, and I always leave feeling amazing (and exhausted!). Honestly, I can't recommend it enough!

I think I've actually taken 100 of Matt Weston's classes over the years and absolutely love his classes. I can't speak as well for other instructors, but what I really like about his classes are the options, creative flows, intentions he sets for the practice, the humor he peppers throughout the classes, and the positive encouragement when he realizes you're reaching a personal best. I like the more challenging classes and thing his offers something for everyone and is a great workout. Love the energy all around and will keep coming back as long as he's there!

I usually practice at CorePower in North Carolina. I was visiting family in CA and went to the La Mesa studio. The studio was immaculate, well maintained and the staff very friendly. The class was the perfect temperature, and the flow was just what I needed that day. It was challenging but not overly so. I will definitely visit again the next time I am in San Diego.

This is a great studio. All of the teachers are top notch. They are all genuinely interested in helping each student evolve and grow in their journey. If you are looking to take your practice to the next level this is a perfect place to start.

I love coming to this studio! I began attending CorePower classes in OC about a year ago and was so glad to learn that there was a newly opened studio in Carlsbad when I moved to North SD. My first class was with Crystal, and it was intense and incredibly well sequenced. Additionally, her positivity made the studio feel very welcoming and I have loved attending classes here ever since! All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, and each class is challenging yet so fun! As someone who loves a clean and tidy space, I additionally appreciate how clean the studio always is! I recommend this studio to all my friends & family :))
