Friendly efficient staff. Great teachers and welcoming clean enviornment
The teachers are almost all excellent. I love the laid-back atmosphere. The location is on a busy street but parking is fairly accessible still. (Free mats is amazing. Free water, also amazing. My previous yoga studio charge $1/borrowed mat or $1/bottle of water.)
I feel like its part of my community and I'm part of its community. Most of the teachers are very strong and the variety of their approaches is great. There's also more and more classes all the time - especially with the addition of the Sanctuary - which is great!

There are a wide selection of classes, and I really like the teachers. Plus the front desk staff is friendly.
Namaste adds so much to the Highland Park community through its presence and its interconnectedness with so many wonderful endeavors going on in the neighborhood. Everyone on the Namaste staff is also so friendly and helpful.

Everything is great. I absolutely love it. But the bathroom being out of service for more than a day was not cool.

The classes I've been to so far have been advanced enough to push folks who are deeper into practice, yet accommodating enough to beginners like me. All are welcome, all are nurtured, all are challenged (in a good way).

Nora was an excellent instructor and the woman working the desk (I think her name was Sandra?) was very welcoming. I loved the look of the space. My only suggestion is get some air moving during the class as it got a little stuffy.

In just two weeks, I saw my body, lifestyle, and mental health all change for the better—all thanks to coming to the studio often and incorporating learned practices into life off the mat. Love the sense of community created by great instructors and desk workers. Really looking forward to subscribing to more sessions in the future.
