The class I took with Sandra was great, it was just what I was looking for. The way she paced the class was perfect, I've been doing yoga on and off for 20 years and I'm really not a fan of "flow" style yoga. Her class was a somewhat slower pace which I feel gives me the time to breath into the poses. It seems like it's hard to find a class that's not that flow crap these days. Thanks for offering one.

Shoshana's class was great. After taking 1 class, my back/neck already feels so much better. The studio is wonderful and very clean and inviting. I appreciated being shown around the studio. Namaste is top notch!
The class I had with Nora Branks was fabulous. I know her somewhat in a social manner but didn't know she was a yoga instructor... I went searching on the internet specifically for a gentle, restorative class near my neighborhood, and saw she was teaching... decided to give it a shot, knowing she is a warm and enthusiastic human. So happy I did! It was exactly what I needed, full of kindness, grace, expansion in my heart, removal of the stress that had built up in my body and mind, and a total turnaround on the crappy day I was having.
Also, I really like the general vibe of the studio. So kind to offer free mat rental, and the organic wipes afterward. Very classy, considerate, and generous.

Simple and unpretentious. Welcoming and accommodating. A real sense of building community through the classes and events offered and, in tandem, calling on the community to enhance and add to classes and events. Symbiosis.
I love the sense of community, everyone is very welcoming, and the studio feels like it fits the neighborhood. I love the diversity of the students and teachers, the variety of classes, and the convenience of the times they are offered (early morning to late evening).

There are a variety of instructors, classes and schedules. Suggestion: I received a Thank You for my one year anniversary. It would be nice at an anniversary to receive a discount of some kind. It would be a nice acknowledgment.
