The classes are actually challenging and not a dumbed down version of Yoga. At the same time, the instructors are safe and knowledgable so the classes can be adjusted to all skill levels to avoid injuries.

I love the many classes offered each day, I love the space, I love the rosemary oil each teacher uses at the end of class.

I would love for teachers to adjust us more during class!! :) :)

What do you like about our services?

I like that the classes are 1 hour 15 minutes rather than 1 hour 30 minutes, which is often the case at other studios. I like the general atmosphere of the classes and I like that the classes are mixed in gender. I appreciate the Yoga Nidra meditation and would like to see more meditation classes. It also doesn't hurt that you are across the street from Hermosillo!
