I was surprised by the degree of care and attention I've received from instructors, it helps me connect with the poses and I find myself practicing them all the time. Although I am an amateur at practicing yoga, I've never felt intimidated by others in the class or by the practice itself, community is everything and it really inspires me to let go and be present! The classes I've attended captivate my attention and that stays with me all day! Also the soap and lotion and hair ties in the bathroom are so considerate! The nose knows.
