Particularly those run by Carrie, Laura, and Gina. I’ve been to many gyms, but these 3 instructors are both motivating and inspiring. Good job on these three!!!

It’s a great atmosphere everyone is friendly towards one another. At least from my perspective people respect each other. Help each other out if some one needs a spot or ask of theyre done using a machine instead of just taking it.
I enjoy coming to your gym, but the hardwood floors are very dirty, I would suggest a swifter be left in the rooms with hardwood for staff or clients to use when deemed necessary. Also, it would be good to enforce customers and staff to wipe down machines after used. Otherwise, it is a very enjoyable place to be.
Great gym that’s not too busy. Staff is super friendly! I like the fact that I can get my workout in without having to wait for machines/weights. Although there are a few things I’d recommend:
1) Water bottle filler at the water fountain. Just the simple extension you see that adds a nozzle you can put your water bottle under without having to tilt the bottle. Nothing fancy.
2) Add functionality to the Fitness Factory App to count and display the days you went each month. But please keep the scan-in by phone part! So convenient!
3) Along the wall, there is a step by the stair masters that goes down towards the weight benches. Maybe put bright tape there because I didn’t see the step the first time.
Other than that, I really enjoy the gym! So glad I found it!

The instructors are great! Please clean the floors daily in the group exercise rooms. They should not be dirty first thing in the morning. Also, the floors get slippery when the room gets humid. People have slipped, and something worse can happen.
New and lots of equipment, great classes with the best instructors, nice waterfront view, clean and friendly.
