Well first let me say I’m a new customer coming from a faithful 10yrs at New York Sports Club. And I was a real loyalest. But I must say you have them beat you offer everything they do and more for an amazing price!! I love the selection of classes you offer and the sauna/steam rooms. It’s always super clean through out the entire gym. The staff is always super friendly. I’m so happy with the switch to fitness factory.
Group instructors, particularly Les Mills. Great variety, not enough time to take all classes. Good amount of equipment and weights to complement classes.
Overall size and multiple areas to complete same exercises. Allows routine to be completed uninterrupted.

The staff, particularly BK and Billy, are awesome and truly care about your clients. The facility is in a great location. It's in great shape and kept clean and always functional. Even the clientele is wonderful.

I like the large space in which to work out, the type of people who frequent the gym and the courteous and helpful workers.
I like this gym because it's clean and offers a lot for what I want to do. I like the upgrades of the cardio equipment and how nice everyone is.

I enjoy the welcoming environment. I love that there is equipment I can use without waiting. I love how current & up to date the facility is. The fitness center is vast with all the various equipment it offers & has something for every fitness level. More importantly, the facility is clean & priced very well. Love the “Curve & the heavy bag room”-a win win. Ty for welcoming me as this fitness center has helped me so much. The staff is great! Friendly, attentive and helpful. The spin classes are particularly good!
The hours and the staff are great. I also like the new rogue bars and plates. I'm not a fan of the new bench press machine where it moves to help you lift the bar off. It would be great if we could have another stair master as they are really popular.
