Great place to work out. Feels like a community of friends. However I feel the xgt program needs an overhaul .. good idea but lacks commitment from management. Happy to share more. Coaches/ trainers are the best and holding this together.

My trainer, Rob Amoroso, is the BEST. He challenges me and shows me that I can do more than I think I can. He is also quite knowledgeable in areas that impact your health. I enjoy our discussions.

Lots of great classes. New exercise machines. Friendly staff
What I don’t like is that the yoga room is often cluttered and the floor is dirty. Also I wish you turned on the heat or ac thirty mins before opening on Sunday morning because it is sometimes either too hot or too cold for the first 30 minutes of class.
