Affordable price and good equipment
The price is super reasonable and the facility is so nice. Also, the Zumba class is amazing. So happy I joined!
It’s friendly, clean, accommodating
It’s kind of “Grunge” factory look. It feels like a place to actually workout at. The increasing floors indicates the level of severity in the workouts.
I do like it but
I don’t think the Sirius channel”Venus” is appropriate....Rap and lyrics. I do notice most of younger folks have ear phones so they are not listening to it. There is so much more to choose from that would appeal to a broader audience. For example Dance music or fast rhythmic oldies or Latin music are hardly ever played.
Never have to wait for equipment. I like the green turf area to do my own thing.
People that work there are friendly and knowledgeable.
Love the spin bikes! All modern machines, always clean, and great customer service!
NICE GYM
I really enjoy the Fitness Factory! Just wished the bathrooms were cleaned more often! It doesn't matter if it is 1st thing in the morning or at night, they are always a mess and dirty! Garbage cans overflowing, sinks dirty and the bathroom floors need a good cleaning!
My favorite part about FF is the early morning boot camp classes with Heather. She is amazing - and so inspiring. Her classes are upbeat, fun, and full of energy. I have been very happy with the classes I have taken here overall. FF is a great place to workout. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Management is generally responsive to requests of its members. My husband and I are both very happy at this gym.
