What do you like about your Fitness Factory experience?

Has everything I've ever wanted, awesome squat racks, bumper plates, deadlift platforms, machines, equipment ect. Three things I don't like are: only one pair of each dumbbell weight on floor 3. Can't drop the bar from over head, only from hips are below; this is frustrating for heavy olympic lifts, it is also very crowded.

What do you like about your Fitness Factory experience?

I love most of the instructors here and most of the schedule. Yoga has become a big part of my life since you listened to us and gave us more. I like the fact that it’s a no frills gym and I can work out in a group in the studio. After yoga I do like ales Mills programs of Body Pump and Body Combat

A small but big thing to me is how the wonderful Somers greet me with a smile and my name. Billy is always there to offer advice to us too.

Love the new desk person Devan in the early morning. Always opens on time is very friendly and is cleaning and tending to everything. Nice and smiling all the time. Good customer service.

Also very exciting to see all the improvements this year!
