What do you like about your Fitness Factory experience?

Fitness Factory is one of the many clubs I've joined, and my favorite of all. Club is always very clean. Towels are provided, which isn't the case in many gyms. Staff is very kind and helpful. Club owners are present and very hands on. Most members are very polite and friendly providing a positive atmosphere. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my membership at this club.

I enjoy going to workout there. Lots of classes, lots of machines, friendly people, large lockers all for the right price!

Variety of equipment, a women's workout room, and the many classes offered.

(I will say I wish that some members would be reminded to stop dropping their weights! Working out with a migraine is almost impossible because of this, IMHO)

What do you like about your Fitness Factory experience?

Everything except the "Loud" music in the Locker Room. There is plenty of loud music in the Gym itself. Can you try to make an exception for some peace and quiet, at least in the Locker Rooms? There should be some quiet space away from the exercising room. Consider that the time in the gym may be the only time some people with little children or some other noisy circumstance may get a away during the day to experience some peace of mind while they exercise.

I hope you will consider taking the speakers out of the locker room.

Lately, people have not putting away equipment at all. They’re taking it to places it shouldn’t be and then leaving it there, which makes it difficult for others to work out. Staff should patrol the gym more and speak up if they notice this happening.
