The house is always perfect to my specifications, and I am picky. The products are fragrance free which is really important to me as I am allergic to perfume

The manager for Santa Cruz, Sondra, is always very courteous and professional. I have been using Merry Maids service, with Sondra as manager, for the last 5-6 years. She has always accomodated my ocassional requests for schedule changes, and I appreciate it. Since I work full time, I appreciate this level of customer service. Susanna and Noeme usually provide the cleaning service, and they do excellent work. Susanna goes the extra mile to make our home sparkle. The team deserves the ten rating!

We appreciate the trust Merry Maids allows me to have, the relief in knowing that I can leave to take care of business, chores etc, and when I come home I will walk into a house that smells wonderful and glows with care. As a full-time caregiver this is a freedom I need to give myself, a morning time-out from the 24/7 routine. With this freedom comes the luxury of spending more time in "giving with care"...allowing me to have some time for myself...I've even needed to just rest, take a nap...and the magic maids have cleaned and gone before I wake up. This service was recommended by a stroke support group, and I'm grateful I followed through and utilized this service. Thank you for such good work, Name removed Conklin
