The women that provide cleaning for me on Santa Cruz are called Susanna ( excellent work) and Naomi. They arrive on- time, provide excellent service, and are very nice. The manager, Sondra, is always friendly, professional, and willing to adjust my scheduled time dates when needed. However, I try not to make changes unless it is absolutely needed because I'm very happy with my current situation.

Products seem to work on cleaning/sanitizing rooms of house. Always feel good after a cleaning! If I find something wish gals to emphasize, they take care of it. Very pleased with the ladies that do our home.

Products odors dont offend me. The cleaning staff is fairly consistent and they do a great job, but the little details depend on who comes to the house.

The reliability of service over many years has been excellent. It helps me keep up with cleaning chores which I easily fall behind on as a working single parent.

I like the consistency of having the same team clean my home each time. I feel that Alisha, the team leader for my house, knows my home and my needs. She is thorough, caring and careful. I also like the fact that if I have any questions the office staff is always available. My favorite person to talk with is Sondra. She has addressed all of my questions and concerns in a timely and respectful way.

It's just very nice to come home and find everything looking so nice. I can concentrate on keeping the kitchen picked up and the laundry done.

The services are personal, supportive, responsive and trustworthy. I am very happy with Michelle, and lucky to havge her almost every time. I like having the same person so I don't feel like I have to start over.

Not all of the "green" products work really well. Before you went green, the house used to smell and feel cleaner. The smell was the thing. Thanks for this chance to comment.
