I, personally, don't like the products as well as before the "green"---I miss that freshly waxed and cleaned smell. My bathroom used to smell like lemon oil. Crisp and clean. I liked that. Now there is no odor and it doesn;t seem as shiny new clean.

I requested the same person each time who speaks English and the products used seem to clean well.
LOVE your service and personnel; not that fond of your products though. No more fresh waxy clean-house smell at the end of service. I miss that. I know green products are in, but I just don't love the ones you use.
Products are "green" - no strong smell afterwards. I like how you concentrate on one room each visit with exttra cleaning and polishing.
