I have no idea as to what products were used. I do know the workers put their backs into the cleaning. The smell did give me a bit of a headache. The next day I had a bit of chest congestion. Today I'm OK.
Since I was affected by the smell I do worry about the workers. They have to smell the chemicals everyday. I can't help but believe there are health risks for them.
I do like that my house is clean. It did feel weird to just sit while they worked so hard. My first time ever to hire cleaners.
All that being said I do think I'd use this company again.

I had accidentally thrown away three gold rings while emptying out my dresser drawers. I came home and found them placed in the center of my bathroom counter, opened up for me to see. They could've just taken them and I never would've known the difference. But they saved them and placed them in a location where I would see them. Fantastic.

The office personnel are also top notch. They contact me whenever anything is changed and call me every month to tell me when their team will arrive. I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Merry Maids has provided me with exceptional service for years. They are thorough, on time and leave my home clean and shining. They really do a great job in the kitchen, even shining my big salt and pepper shakers! My large microwave oven is completely cleaned, including the micro tray, which is no easy task. Wood tabletops and dressers are dust free and lightly polished. Bathrooms sparkle. All carpets and scatter rugs are vacuumed. Great work!
