Green products, no harsh chemicals.

I liked that the girls that came were cheerful. Everything smelled fresh and clean. My house felt sparkly. I was a little nervous about the wood floor cleaner that they were using. I have no idea what it was and it left a few smears on the floor but my floors were really dirty. I would love to know a little more about the hard wood floor cleaner that was used. I would probably feel fine about it if I knew more. The 2 ladies that came I would love to have come every time they are available. Please call me if you have any questions. Thank you again I am very happy with the service.

My Susanna is so good to me! She listens carefully to my needs, and does everything she can to please me. I feel special and spoiled and lucky and CLEAN! She always leaves everything so nice, without messing too much with stuff I have out. She deserves a pat on the back and more. I expressed my preference about products, and when possible she uses more traditional cleaners for me. I like the smell of freshly waxed, or freshly scrubbed. Most of the "green" stuff doesn't, in my opinion, get things clean or leave them smelling clean. Thanks for all your good work, Susanna.

Over all the cleaners that come do a very good job. They are reliable and consistent. The house smells good when I come home. There are nice touches like "hotel style tissues" :)

Workers are polite and efficient. Products are effective and the house smells clean when they are finished.

friendly staff, really listened to my directions, and followed through

I like the stuff they use on the hardwood floors. I think it's Bonia or something. I like not dealing with the individuals who come and being able to call and talk to Sandra. I also think that when they clean extra rooms the cleaning isn't as good a job as just the basic house. Maybe it's too time consuming or just not enough for them to do their best work because their are to many rooms.

They are great the house looks great and also smells great. I was lucky to have such a nice group of people everyone was very professional . If it wasn't for moving out of state I'd still have them here to clean for me every month. Thanks so much for the fantastic service! Suzanne

No complaints Ladies are friendly and do their job well, if a fault dusting
everything at times is just ok. some spots are missed.

The products seem unite effective. The women work fast and do a very good job. The las two that came were very good.would like it if we knew abut when to expect them each time.
