Everyone is very nice and office cares, any concerns and they take care of it fast
maids are friendly and efficient. products smells are improving - the chlorox smell was pretty ugly in the first month!
Our Merry Maids are always friendly and easy to have in our home. They do a wonderful job of cleaning.
Our problem is that when we signed up it was understood that they would arrive shortly after noon. Now they are arriving around 2:30 and if only one person is working it puts our cleaning lasting until about 5 pm. This is tough on us. But it is especially tough because we ofter pick up our grandchildren and bring them here for dinner on Mondays. It making my dinner prep impossible and if we get back with the kids before the Merry Maids are done cleaning it is chaos with 3 little kids running around.
Could we go please go back to having the cleaners arrive shortly after noon? Could you let me know? Thanks.
