None of the cleaning products smell like a hospital or linger a long time. I enjoy seeing at least one of the same people who are familiar with my home show up each time. They are very thorough and professional.

All of the staff are wonderful and treat me like family. My house is clean every 2 weeks which makes me very, very happy. I've had housekeepers intermittently and always go back to Merry Maids because they are predictably and reliably good. My housekeepers have good days and bad days. Merry Maids NEVER has bad days! The two times that something hasn't been cleaned to my satisfaction (in 4 years) someone has come back the very next day and fixed it.
