I'm not sure if I like the way my wood floor is cleaned though, i dropped something on the floor one day after my cleaning and i wiped it up with a wet paper towel and the towel was dirty. But my floor had just been cleaned :(

I love how "fresh" our home is after Cheryl has been here. I wasn't here the last time we were serviced but Harry said that the other lady did the kitchen and 2 ea. bathrooms. In my opinion this person did not clean as through as Cheryl does. Cheryl gets down on her hands & knees to clean the floors!!

I had my initial service while away on vacation and came home to an incredibly clean home! Compared to services used in the past I would rate Merry Maids a "10" for sure. They certainly exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with the results!
