I like the dependability of Merry Maids, I can count on them to be here and consistently do a good general cleaning. At times I feel that attention to detail is lacking, for example shower doors not cleaned well, baseboards not dusted. But overall very happy with service.

The staff is very efficient, conscientious and work hard. The products are the same that I have used for years. My only negative is that we don't wear street shoes in our home and they have been. They wipe them off but that is not often sufficient, particularly in this snowy, dirty weather.

Sol and Jade were professional, polite and friendly. I work from home, so I was here for the whole cleaning and they were quiet and respectful of my privacy. Their work was excellent! The house was extremely clean (seriously don't think my bathtub has EVER been that clean before), and we did a walk-through before they left to make sure they hadn't missed anything. I would absolutely refer your service to others and can't wait for my next cleaning!
