I like having the same team most of the time, and knowing that I can trust them in my home. Hector and Edith do a great job and are always very nice. I was disappointed that my last cleaning had to be postponed from Fri to Mon since I had already spent a lot of time de-cluttering the house but I blame this on poor scheduling. It wasn't a big deal this time but I have several dates coming up when I am counting on having my house cleaned on the scheduled date and will be very unhappy if there is a last minute change.

My team of Lorena and Maria are familiar with my house, and know what the problem areas will be.
They are attentive to these places, and to the special needs of dealing with the hair of three Labradors.
I have been consistently pleased with the work they do at my house.
It's a help to me to have them here.

You do a very thorough job..

Same as last survey two weeks ago....cleaners are very efficient, professional, and fast. They are also reliable...show up on time, unlike some independent cleaners I've used in the past, who sometimes don't show up at all, or don't do a consistently good job. Merry Maids is consistent, and good.

We like the professionalism. We like having the same maid (Daniella) whom we trust and are very fond of. We like the training the maids get and their honesty. We like getting a phone call informing us of the arrival window (in time). We like being able to pay special attention to various cleaning tasks from time to time. We like how courteous and responsive Mr. Newton was when our mailbox was run over. We like the good communication via occasional postal letters. We like the good references to other companies, say, window washers. Daniella is fabulous. She should get another raise.

Hector and Edith are very reliable and do an excellent job! Love them!

They are professional, reliable, and consistent. They get the job done quickly and well, so that I can do a couple of chores, go to movies etc. and come back to a clean house without any disruption. You may pay a little more for Merry Maids, but the old bromide that "you get what you pay for" holds true here.

Great people ,excellent communication

Daniella is the hardest-working maid that I have privilege to clean my house. She brought with her dedicated workers (Belinda, Stella). Daniella is also a good mentor with beginning people.

With more than one person the job gets done faster. Everything appears to be clean.

The thoroughness of the cleaning and the friendliness of the staff. The products used smell "clean" without smelling like methyl/ethyl death. We have used Merry Maids for over a year and have seen no "fall off" in cleaning. Very happy.

Reliability

Enjoy fact that you bring your own cleaning cloths, supplies and vacuum cleaner, etc. While I am more than happy to provide, I feel your products and vacuums probably better than mine and items your staff is more comfortable using. I have had services in the past where I have had to provide my own equipment. Not a huge problem but one less thing I have to worry about on cleaning day!
