Most of all, I appreciate the employees of Merry Maids. When I call, a real person answers the phone who is very pleasant and always willing to help in any way. I have used cleaning services provided by Merry Maids for over five years. During this time, I have had only two different 2-person teams. Their employees are long-term. The employees receive training and use products that are friendly to the environment and that do not have strong residual scents -- yet the product leave the house smelling clean. The actual cleaning services of the individuals who do the work is excellent. They are trustworthy, punctual and do not spend time on their phones or visiting with each other. I have always been very pleased.

We love all of the maids that come to our home ! They are always on time, very efficient, polite, and show respect to our home and it's contents. We have a lot of "wood" floors (composite) that they bring to life with the products that they use. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing excellent attention to their home !!

My parents have both a challenging situation and a house that is impossible to clean. Merry Maids and the Manager, Dave, have been extra kind and very conscientious when it comes to beating back the mess in my parents place and making sure that I don't have to go there to keep my parents from living in a bad environment.

Bring multiple people so they’re done quickly. I don’t love that they don’t use the washer, but I’m working on solutions around that.

The quality of the cleaning is very professional. This indicates to me that training is provided, that expectations of the Merry Maids company are made clear and the employees of Merry Maids care about their jobs and the satisfaction of their clients.
