PleaSE LET THE MAIDS KNOW THAT DIRTY RAGS ON MIRRORS IS NOT WHAT IS RECOMENDED.THEY ARE A WONDERFUL GROUP, BUT UNDER STAFFED. tHEY ALSO NEED TO KN OW NO DIRTY CLTHES ON THE MIRRORS. THIS IS A BUG A BOO ON MY PART THEY MAKE IT UP ON DETAIL OF NIC KANCKSAN DUSTING. i LOVE THE WORK THEY DO i CAN NOT COMPLAIN TOO MUCH. BUT PLEASE USE MORE CLEAN CLOTHSON MIRRORS IT BEHOOVES THEM TO DO SO AS IT TAKES MORE TIME TO FIX THE ISSE WHEN THEY LEAVE THAN DOING IT RIGHT. MORE CLEAN CLOTHES. ALSO SAME WITH THE VACUMNCLEANER IT LEAVED CRUD BEHIND WHENEVER USED, FYI BECAUSE WE SEE THE STRAKES LEFT BEHIND.

The gentlemen that was here during the last cleaning went above and beyond. I know he just started, (first visit) but WOW! Everything was organized and clean, even the baseboards, which are routinely missed. I VERY MUCH appreciate his attention to detail and welcome him back ANYTIME!

I am never there when Merry Maids comes in to clean. I really don't know the products they use. Home is clean, floors vaccumed, everything seems to look good, no complaints really.
Attention to kitchen and baths. Following the detailed cleaning for rotating rooms.
Level of cleanliness has not dropped off and it has been one year. Also, the products used are not "chemical heavy". the house smells clean, not antiseptic
Cheryl is usually my cleaner...she takes her time to clean floors & bathrooms. She has a positive attitude too.
