Fast and efficient

Cleaning is always very well done. Except for one person on one occasion, I have been very pleased with the results. Even with that one exception, I was offerred the oportunity to have someone come out and clean the areas that person had not done. I did not feel the need to have that done, but it was nice to know that was an option.

Products: I still prefer Bleach products to clean toilets, sink, and tubs---they are truely cheaper and better at disinfecting. Still used in doctors' offices and hospitals to kill bacteria, and I like their clean smell.
I would like to see a stronger product for cleaning tile floors and grout, I think your green products are weak in that area. I like being green, but also like very clean, am sure there is a middle ground. Thanks for asking

Melissa does a super job and we, my wife and I, completely trust that she is doing her very best each time she visits our home and we can tell by how clean it looks and smells.

Dust cloths, mops etc. are fresh for my home; same ones not used all day in other homes. Somehow, the ladies get my all glass shower spotless.
