The ladies are first rate very competent and pleasant. They come in and do a very thorough job on my house...it literally sparkles when they finish. Also I know that Merry Maids does background checks on their employees so one has no worries on that score. The ladies are very friendly and always kind to my pets. I am very Happy with Merry Maids.

it helps me because I cannot crawl on floors to clean and they get the fans and windows...things that you don't always think about. The house always smells great. It saves me so much time and stress knowing Merry Maids will clean every two weeks since I am always on the go.

Good job cleaning. Would like to have Vicky back as a regular. However, regardless of who comes, we strongly prefer they come in the morning. As it stands, we're not sure who is coming or when they're gonna show up. Last Monday we made a point to stay away from the house until about 1:30 and when we arrived, the maid had also just arrived. Therefore, we had to leave and find something to occupy our time. So, really need them to show up in the morning. Thanks.

When I had an issue with the service the response was overwhelmingly good. Merry maids did what it took to provide their service to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend I them.

I like the way Merry Maids cleans, i.e., full house clean, but "deep" clean one section on a rotating basis so the house stays really clean!
