We so far have only had a Merry Maids employee onece.....she did very good work!

Reliable service, efficient.

I did not like the service received from Merry Maids and will not refer them to any of my friends or family. They did a terrible job of cleaning my late mother in laws home to prepare for sale. They charged $400 for substandard work. I only chose them due to many rave reviews on their website, boy was I mislead. Plus, I never received a call back from the boss/manager regarding my complaint which I feel is bad business.

There is thoroughness in cleaning, does anything extra when it is needed especially before company is expected and everything smells fresh. Also she is very nice and friendly without slowing down her work.

Jordan, did a wonderful job. I am extremely particular about the cleanliness of my home, and since I am no longer able to perform even the basic duties; it was very refreshing to find someone that was very professional, arrived on time and left my home sparkling clean.

The regular schedule is the best thing. And how adaptable it is if we are going out of town or need to adjust days. The house smells wonderful after they do their thing and I love it!
